PRYPCO Real Estate is a technology enabled real estate business building a smarter, more connected way to transact and manage property across Dubai.
Our platform brings together sales, leasing, mortgages, property management and fractional ownership, giving property owners access to a broader ecosystem and a more seamless end to end real estate experience.
As we continue to scale, we are significantly expanding our Property Management business and are looking for a high performing Senior Portfolio Acquisition Manager to play a key role in that growth.
The opportunity
This is not a traditional property management sales role.
We are looking for someone who already has deep relationships across Dubai's real estate market and knows how to open doors with landlords, building owners, investors, developers, family offices and other key decision makers.
Your mission will be simple: find, win and bring sizable property portfolios and building level mandates onto PRYPCO's Property Management platform.
You will have significant ownership of the acquisition function, from identifying opportunities and building relationships through to pitching, negotiating and closing major management mandates.
This is an opportunity for a true hunter and relationship builder to join at an exciting stage and have a meaningful impact on the growth of one of PRYPCO's key business lines.
What you'll do

Identify and acquire new buildings, portfolios and large scale property management mandates across Dubai.

Leverage your existing network to create opportunities with landlords, building owners, investors, developers, family offices and institutional property stakeholders.

Build relationships with senior decision makers and establish PRYPCO as a trusted long term property management partner.

Proactively source opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.

Own the full acquisition lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through to pitching, negotiation, signing and handover.

Develop compelling commercial proposals and present PRYPCO's Property Management offering to owners and decision makers.

Negotiate commercial terms and close high value management agreements.

Work closely with the Property Management and wider PRYPCO teams to ensure newly acquired portfolios are onboarded smoothly and successfully.

Build and maintain a high quality acquisition pipeline with clear visibility on units acquired, portfolio value and management revenue.

Identify strategic opportunities to grow PRYPCO's presence across key Dubai communities and buildings.

Help shape the portfolio acquisition strategy, proposition and go to market approach as the business scales.

Become a key representative of PRYPCO within Dubai's property owner and investor community.
What we're looking for
We are looking for someone who canbring relationships, opportunities and results from day one.

5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, ideally across property management acquisition, landlord acquisition, leasing, investment sales or a similar business development environment.

Anestablished and demonstrable networkof building owners, landlords, investors, developers, family offices or other senior property decision makers in Dubai.

A proven track record ofwinning sizable portfolios, buildings or multi unit mandates.

Strong access to decision makers capable of awardingbuilding level or large portfolio management agreements.

Experience acquiring or managing portfolios of500+ unitsis highly desirable.

A strong understanding of Dubai's property management and rental market, includingRERA, Ejari and landlord requirements.

Exceptional commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.

Comfortable engaging withHNW individuals, investors, family offices, developers and senior executives.

Highly driven, commercially minded and motivated by winning.

A genuinehunter mentality, knowing how to open doors, create opportunities where none previously existed and turn relationships into revenue.
