Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and company objectives. This position is ideal for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development
    • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediums, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
    • Assist in the development of layouts, colour schemes, and typography for various projects.
  2. Collaboration
    • Work closely with senior designers, marketers, and other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
    • Accept constructive feedback and apply revisions effectively.
  3. Brand Consistency
    • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
  4. Support Tasks
    • Prepare and format files for print or digital publication.
    • Maintain an organised archive of design files and assets.
    • Research trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance creative outputs.
  5. Learning and Development
    • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.
    • Stay up to date with new creative AI tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma, and AI creative tools.
  • Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics, including a good eye for colour, composition, and typography.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX is an added bonus.
  • Basic knowledge of Arabic typography and layouts is a bonus.
